We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days after receiving your product. You can exchange any product for free if it arrives in a damaged condition or does not match the specifications.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo of the damage with a valid reason (mentioned above) for the return. To start the return process, you can contact us at hello@kalambooks.ae. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send the package back to us. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
